Superior chemical resistance optimised for biological sample recoveries
Regenerated cellulose (RC) filters are extremely versatile and can be used with almost any lab procedure. The regenerated cellulose membrane is extremely chemically resistant with both aqueous and organic samples. With a very low binding coefficient, it offers maximum sample recoveries of biological-based assays.
Regenerated cellulose contains no binders, surfactants or wetting agents to ensure zero extractables in analytical procedures.
All regenerated cellulose filters are certified for HPLC.
• Protein binding: <5µg/cm²
• Housing: medical grade virgin polypropylene
• Retention volume: <15µl (4mm), <29µl (17mm), <137µl (30mm)
• Max. operating temp: 100°C
• Max. operating pressure: 75psi (4mm), 115psi (17mm), 90psi (30mm)
• Autoclave: sterilise by dry heat at 121°C for 15 mins
