Digital Pump for Preparatory Chromatography Applications

The Prep-100 Digital Dual Head Pump has been specifically designed for Preparatory Chromatography applications. The unit provides high flow rates and high pressure capabilities, with consistent performance to minimize the potential for column damage.

The Prep-100 offers easy solvent changeover and priming capability. In addition, the Autoflush piston wash and easy seal change keep maintenance costs down.

Standard flow controls include RS-232 and remote frequency and remote voltage. Pressure monitoring (with upper/lower pressure limits) is available as an option.

Standard Pump Features:

• Self-flushing pump heads and prime purge valve
• Stainless steel fluid path (PEEK available upon request)

Standard Pump Controls and Options:

• RS-232 serial com port for complete control & status monitoring
• Run/stop inputs (5 volt TTL type)
• Remote 0-10 volt & remote 0-10 kHz flow rate control input
• Pressure control options: includes all of the controls above, and real time pressure monitoring with upper/lower pressure limits.
• High pressure gradient control options: stand-alone keypad unit that enables gradient programming with a second Prep-100.

Optional High-Pressure Gradient:

The addition of a second Prep-100 gives you the capability to pump 200ml/min at 4000psi. An optional compact stand-alone keypad is used for convenient high-pressure gradient programming without the requirement for a computer.

• 2 COM ports for control of two semi-prep pumps in tandem
• 1 COM port for Series II pump (for sample introduction)
