Cronus Cronusil-P HPLC Columns

Cronus Cronusil-P is a reverse-phase HPLC packing for the separation of peptides and proteins.

Cronusil-P columns are uniquely designed with optimised pore size distributions: 120Å for peptides and 300Å for proteins. This maximises the efficiency of the column by preventing almost all surface interactions.

Cronusil-P columns also have a very low level of silanol activity. This helps you obtain symmetrical for even the very basic and acidic compounds. In fact, Cronusil-P works with eluents from pH 1 to pH 12, even for extended periods of time.
